Guimar Urbina Interiors recently completed a 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom apartment at the coveted Rise Condominiums at Brickell City Centre. The full renovation project took about 60 business days to complete. Once the concept, design, and specifications were approved, the construction team went in to work. Day to day, workers went in for the process of demolition, construction, installation, and final staging.
In the video, we share clips of the job site and the various processes involved in the renovation. Amongst the different elements, our favorite includes all the custom millwork conducted in the unit that includes wall panels, ceilings details, new doors, personalized TV units, and new kitchen accent cabinetry.
