Guimar Urbina is celebrating the 10th Year Anniversary as an Interior Designer

We are proud to announce that Guimar Urbina is celebrating the 10th Year Anniversary as an Interior Designer. It has been a remarkable professional journey - filled with enormous growth, challenges, blessings, and more. What started as a dream, flourished into a successful business that has allowed for Guimar's creativity and passion to be shared with the world around.

Guimar ventured into her own business, opening KIS Interior Design firm ten years ago. From the beginning, she implemented her vision and executed her high-end services in Miami, Mexico, and Venezuela. Through KIS Interior Design, she built a team of talented designers, and expanded her professional network of top architects, vendors, and more. Projects focused greatly in the residential sector, and included commercial and architectural renovations.

Three years ago, the firm evolved into Guimar Urbina Interiors. The new brand focuses on Guimar’s top tier projects and interior design offerings for the luxury caliber. This tier within her firm offers boutique services that cover full range design from initial concept development, to design execution, project supervision, and final turn over. KIS Interior Design is now directed to smaller scale projects to help clients in need of a room by room renovation.

All service offerings of the firm unite with one goal: design a lifestyle. It is believed that interior design can shape people’s daily lives in the best manner possible. Guimar uses contemporary style, functional pieces, and top quality across all levels of business.

In addition to a vast portfolio of interior design projects, Guimar Urbina has had the pleasure to be featured on top publications that have shared her work and story. Photos of projects and articles about her work have grazed the pages of Florida Décor, Modern Luxury Interiors, Florida Design’s Miami Magazine, South Florida Luxury Guide, Indulge, Best of Houzz, and more.
