I could start by sharing that this project came to me at the beginning of the pandemic. This project is located in the Paramount Miami Worldcenter, in the heart of Downtown Miami.
Our client is one of the Inter Miami players, a talented player, young, and single. His requirements were that the apartment be in black, gray and white.
I can tell you, 10 years have passed since the last time I designed an apartment for a single guy. My clients are usually families and with many children.
